Not Sure What Else To Do
Hello, I apologize if this isn’t the correct forum for the issue I am having. Several months ago I was chatting with an Xfinity representative about my bill and they told me they could lower my monthly bill if I enrolled in Xfinity Mobile, which I did. They called me back the next day and told me they misunderstood the Xfinity Mobile promotion and I should cancel and undo what they did the previous day. I was told I wouldn’t be charged and to refuse the mobile device delivery. I immediately canceled my Xfinity Mobile account and a few days later rejected the Fed Ex delivery. I called Xfinity back and confirmed that I correctly followed the steps as I was instructed. Since then, I have been charged every month for Xfinity Mobile and the device. I have contacted Xfinity multiple times and have been told several times that the issue has been taken care of and I will be refunded these monthly charges. I was also told the original representative set up an additional account under my name when they created the Xfinity mobile account. I was just charged again last week. I have a ticket number I can also provide but is there anyone on here that can help? I keep calling and chatting online and am consistently told the issue has been taken care of yet I have not received a refund and am still being charged monthly.

Our team will be able to create another ticket or provide a status update on your current one to get this issue resolved for you. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.
