Not receiving trade in credits
I have not been given my trade in credits now for over 5 months since we upgraded 2 lines and I have contacted by phone and chat and still nothing is done. I am just told we will fix this it will take 24 hours or I cant apply the credits my self I have to expedite the ticket. Yet here we are Jan and its been going on since July. I have started the filing process through the FCC but do not know what else I can do since no one will help.

Hello @user_jep0tf I see that you were having problems about your trade in credits, I do understand how important this issue is. Has this problem been resolved?
