Not receiving trade in credit

I traded in both my wife’s and my phone back in September. I have called in multiple times and gone into the store and I am always told that the issue is “being escalated”. But I have yet to receive my ”credit” on any of my bills that I am supposed to receive over 24 months against the new devices. I have been told there’s a waiting period before the credits will appear on a bill, that has come and gone, That’s over 50 dollars a month that xfinity is stealing from me. Calling something a trade in and charging for the new device while not paying the promised credit is a scam and a crime. I’ve submitted a complaint to the better business bureau and the fcc as well.

To access your account, will you please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
