Not getting Transfer PIN and my number also not working

I moving to other carrier. Other carrier initiated due to some reason my transfer pin got expired and again other carrier is asking new PIN but my xifinity mobile is not working and not receiving messages. Kindly help on this.

I understand how frustrating it is to be in the middle of a transfer and lose access to your text messages just when you need a new PIN. Because the transfer PIN is normally sent via SMS for security, not having a working device makes this a bit tricky @user_abts1j.

 

Please visit your nearest Xfinity Store. This is the most reliable way when your phone isn't working. A representative can verify your identity with a government-issued ID and provide the transfer PIN directly to you.
