Not able to get the return label for wrong order phones within 14 days window endless phone calls and live chats
I have ordered the internet + mobile line during Black Friday promotion. Live agents wrongly ordered 4 phones. Frustrated by their tactics, I wanted nothing to do Xfinity and return everything including the internet equipment. I could return the internet equipment in the store but they could not take mobiles. I have been trying return from the day they are delivered. So I have spent more than 10 hours for the past 8 days to get a [Edited: Language] return label. Each time I call, agents transfer to someone else. Now they say one phone line is deactivated by one of the agents and not able to provide return label. Mobiles are unopened and still in their original boxes. This is beyond frustrating and unethical. I am thinking of raising a complaint state AG, FTC and BBB. Ay help to resolve this issue?
