No service.

Transferred from t mobile to xfinity. My esim won’t activate on the app, i've tried every trouble shooting methods, even the advanced ones. I've spent 4 hours on the phone with xfinity with 6 different reps, all who promised me they could fix the issue and then didn't and hung up and didn't call back. I had to call out of work today because i need a verification code texted to my phone to login into my work computer and will have to call

out tomorrow because i don't have service. missing out on two days pay, and possibly more.

This is the worst experience i've ever had, especially just switching to xfinity mobile from t-mobile. t-mobile would have never done this and i regret switching so bad. how do i fix this. how do i reach someone who can actually fix the issue please.
