No Service After Verizon Transfer to Xfinity Mobile

Hello Xfinity Support,

I transferred my mobile service from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile today, but my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra has no cellular service.

When I try to install an eSIM, my phone says "No eSIMs found." Your compatibility checker also says my device is not compatible.

My wife and I want to keep our original Verizon phone numbers. We do not want the new numbers assigned to us.

Please help us check the number transfers, verify device compatibility, activate the correct eSIM, and restore service.

Please contact me privately for any account details. My English is limited, so I prefer written communication.

Thank you.

Hello user_59ugk5, I understand how frustrating the porting process can sometimes be. Rest assured, we want to help you, and as long as the Verizon account is still active, we can port over your numbers. To proceed, we will need to get your account information, as you are aware, and we do not want that out in public.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to "Xfinity Support". To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
