No Resolution on Stolen iPhone 16 Pro After Four Weeks

I am posting here in an effort to receive assistance regarding an unresolved issue that has persisted for over four weeks.

On April 7, 2025, I received a package via FedEx that was supposed to contain an iPhone 16 Pro. Upon delivery, the package was empty. Since that time, I have taken all appropriate steps to resolve the matter, including:

  • Filing a police report

  • Submitting photo and video evidence clearly showing that the box was delivered without the phone

  • Spending numerous hours on the phone with customer service representatives

Despite my repeated efforts, the issue remains unresolved, and I am still being billed for a device that I never received.

As a loyal Comcast/Xfinity customer of 25 years, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of resolution and the inadequate support I have encountered throughout this process. This situation is unacceptable, and I respectfully urge your team to take immediate and appropriate action to correct this matter.
