No one will help me
I have spent the past 8 hours plus, dealing with this issue. I have been crying I have been screaming I have been up in arms because no one will listen to me and no one seems to care. I have been passed around to so many people because no one will help me. Here is my issue:
I have been abused by Xfinity, lied to and so forth. I got a great deal with another service. I signed up for home internet and mobile with them last night.
Today, I called to cancel Xfinity. Done for 1 week. Then check email, the monthly rate was way higher than I was quoted. I contacted them and was given a spill transferred transferred transferred spent a couple hours dealing with that trying to cancel. Contacted Xfinity again. Tried to uncancel my service. Was told they could not do that because it's pending. I would have to wait for it to cancel and then resubscribe after I turned in my equipment and my phone which my phone I paid for so I'm not sure why I had to turn that in .
Dude this time I got transferred so many people it was insane.
I finally speak to someone who tells me that I just have to have a new account and I can sign up that way So I go to do that. Already ordered the home internet. No problem. I get to the phone have an issue with that because the credits aren't matching. Spend an hour and a half dealing with that. Then the issue of my phone number comes up apparently I can't transfer my phone number from Xfinity to Xfinity? I have wasted an entire day on this. This is the only day I will have offer the next 6 weeks because I'm about to go work a cycle. I am fed up I am [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] and I'm beyond enraged that I had so much I had to do today and something that I thought was going to take 5 minutes has eaten up an entire day off. That I won't get again till September. And no one seems to help or want to help. Unless they're trying to scam you. Can anybody do anything or is this just [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] at this point?

I'm so sorry you have had to go through this. Spending your only day off crying, screaming, and getting passed around is not how anyone should spend their day, I completely validate why you are beyond enraged. You deserve to be heard @user_nuvv9q!
To make sure I'm understanding the problem without wasting any more of your time, are you simply trying to restore your regular internet
service, or are you trying to sign up for the Xfinity Mobile "First Line Free" promotion?
If you are trying to get that First Line Free deal on your phone, if you already used this specific free line deal before you disconnected, you will qualify for it again as long as your mobile service has been disconnected for 12 or more months. If you previously had Xfinity Mobile but never used a "First Line Free" promo, you qualify for the deal.
