No Incoming calls on phone

My mothers phone is xfinity mobile; 611 dials at&t support that answers as xfinity.... but that assistant is useless for this issue.

My Mother's phone will not receive incoming calls.  I disabled wifi, so it was only on the mobile network and still would not receive incoming calls, it's not really related to the xfinity internet.  She's been having issues for a few days, but before that everything was working fine.  Today the internet also went down, and I took the time to upgrade the modem with the new one, set that up, got back online, the phone still didn't work.  I had her turn off the wifi for 5 minutes and tried calling and it immediately goes to voice mail.  She can call out.  I can do something fancy like voice call, which isn't really a call.

@user_llvaqi Try resetting the network settings. Check if Airplane Mode or Do Not Disturb is enabled. If those aren't the issue, restart the phone, check for call forwarding and blocked numbers, and ensure the SIM card is properly seated.

@DreamSayerZ thanks for the ideas... It can make calls out so airplane probably isn't it, sim card probably isn't it...
DND - wouldn't DND block incoming video call from the phone calling options? (same with blocked numbers, if my number was blocked, but every number is blocked?)

Did you try resetting the network settings? I would also enable DND then disable it. What is the make/model of the phone? Are all OS updates installed?

Thank you for reaching out to our team here. I would be happy to troubleshoot any issue with the Mobile service from here. Can you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for the service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
