No Customer service anymoe!!!

My phone is old and I need a new one.  I attempted to make an appointment on line but there was NO appointment  THIS year!  I called to try resolve this issue, I spend HOURS on the phone trying to get some answers,   since you can wait hours at the store I go to. I was told the ONLY way to get a new phone without spending hours in line was to do it on the phone.  If I am going to spend hundreds on a phone I want to touch it,  play with it, feel it!  How else is my information going to get on my new phone? 

Where did the customer service go?  I remember when I called and they saw me as a "Gold star member" now they have no idea who [Edited: "Language"] I am

I am DONE with the mobile service and I will be looking into a different internet for sure!

I find it tragic what xifinty has become

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
