New Devices
We have had your internet, phone & security cameras for 4 months and we brought our own devices to you. We would like to get new iPhone 16's but keep being told we are not eligible. Needless to say I am very frustrated with this and the customer care people have no clue, one of them told me I needed to call Transunion to have them update my credit score......what??
