Never received $100 e gift card

April 2025 Xfinity Internet customers who add a qualifying Mobile line will receive a $100 e gift card. I never received the $100. I have called many times one time they said they would re-send the e gift card which I still didn’t receive. Another time I was told my account would be credited the $100 which I would be fine with either but none of that happened. I’ve spent 3+ hours messaging and talking and getting transferred so many times and have to explain everything over with no result. I don’t know what else to do at this point. Im so disappointed I never got one call back even though I was told many times I would. Has any one else had this problem.
