Never get Xfinity mobile
I ordered a phone which was symptoms by an FedEx worker. Xfinity hasnt issued done nothing for me I’ve been told to wait until the end of the month to get this resolved. They haven’t been doing a single thing to make this right all while they haven’t charged me more on my monthly bill for a phone I never received. They’ve even added more money on my PAID OFF iPhone 13 just so they can bill me for that phone. This is the kinda of things this company does they are the worst. You’d be better off paying more money for best service and protection all this company cares about is staying in the green with minimal losses. They’d rather have you wait around for their policy to be processed than to serve the customer and it’s sad
