Need trade in shipping label from Assurant

We started new service with xfinity.  We agreed to trade in two devices.  We received the emails from xfinity with links to the Assurant site to print the shipping labels.  However, when we click on the link there is no way to print the labels.  It makes it look like the labels were already printed. 

We need the two shipping labels for the two phones we are trading in.

Have same issue. Assurant fubarred the email on getting the shipping label saying it had already been sent out by courier. There is ne way to contact Assurant thru the email they sent me and two trips to two different Xfinity stores only got me a phone number that led to nowhere. I have looked at the Assurant web site and can find nothing related to the trade in program am now deep diving to try and get some help.

user_CA_longtimecustomer Thanks for reaching out! You should be able to access, and print the shipping labels from the devices page in your Xfinity Mobile Account.
