Need Help with Xfinity Mobile

My Xfinity purchased phone’s camera broke And I need it for work. I need to buy a temporary phone while I shop for a new one. How do I transfer the Sim card?

To add to the above I need to be able to chat with Xfinity support. This is so difficult

Hey there barefootgirl27. Sorry to hear that your camera broke. We are happy to assist. Does your current phone have a physical SIM card, or is it an eSIM? Do you already have the temporary phone you intend to use? It would need to be a compatible device and unlocked.
