My phone won't let me make calls from contact or return calls. When I call it doesn't ring just hang up.

I tried calling but the don't ring it just hang up and when I try to call from my contacts it does the same thing. I can't make calls or answer calls. Can someone call me and let me know what's wrong.

Try powering your phone off, then back on again. Also, reset your network settings.
