My phone was never delivered

My phone was never delivered to me and Xfinity is continuing to charge me and not give me a refund for the phone. I have been fighting with this since February 17th ,it is now March 12th and no resolution has been found. I need someone that knows what they are doing to look into my account because the call center has no idea what they are doing and going into the store was no help what so ever because they said I have to wait for the advanced team to finish. Why should I be punished for y’all’s screw up?
