My phone number does not get recognized my Xfinity and I do not know my account number

My phone numbers do not get recognized by Xfinity. My wife an I have spent so much time trying the Chat feature, the online account. When we log in only, it says that there is an error in the page.

We have been making our monthly payments through my credit card but the last payment did not go through. We have a delinquent bill. We want to make the payment but there is no way. We call the phone number to make a payment and our numbers do not get recognized. We tried the Quick Payment and it does not let us to put the new credit card information.
