My new Xfinity iphone 14 iMei is reported as not compatble

My new Xfinity iPhone 14 is reported as not compatible when I check it on the Xfinity compatibility checker

what are my options

@user_c68192 The iPhone 14 is definitely compatible. You can set that phone up using eSIM. I would reach out to Xfinity Mobile support for help with this.

user_c68192 Thank you so much for your post for help with getting your new iPhone activated. I would recommend returning the device. If purchased from us directly you have 14 days to exchange or return it. If you purchased this device from a 3rd party I would reach out to them to return the device. There would not be a way to correct the incompatible IMEI.
