My folders do not transfer to my iPhone mail app.

user_j8ms9k Thanks for reaching out! If you can see the folders when you log in to Xfinity Webmail but not in the iPhone Mail app, the issue is usually that the iPhone hasn't synced or subscribed to those IMAP folders yet.

 

Give the following steps a try, and let us know your results. 

 

Force Mail to show all folders

Open the Mail app.
Tap Mailboxes in the upper-left corner until you see all accounts.
Tap Edit (top right).
Look for your Xfinity account and see if the missing folders appear in the list but are unchecked.
Check them and tap Done.

 

Refresh the account

Go to Settings > Apps > Mail > Accounts.
Select your Xfinity email account.
Turn Mail off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.

 

Remove and re-add the account

Settings > Apps > Mail > Accounts.
Select the Xfinity account.
Tap Delete Account.
Restart the iPhone.
Add the account again.
