my apple email is asking for iMap password

I'm entering my password for xfinity and it is continuing to say it is incorrect

@Bonna Try these steps;

  • Go to your iPhone settings and remove the email account completely (Settings > Mail > Accounts > select the account > Delete Account)
  • Restart your iPhone after removing it
  • Add the account back

This is always a good place to check that way if you're able to log in, you can at least manage your messages normally as a backup 👍
