monthly credit [Edited]

My 1k mobile  credit and monthly credit is lower than I was informed I also got an email saying I would get 1 k over 24 months countless calls open tickets and visit to store with no results 

I am very disappointed 

please help

If it’s a credit for a trade-in promo, then the credit is over 24 months. That’s how all of their promos are setup
