Hello @user_tqyx48 Due to our partnership with Verizon and using their cell towers, our mobile requires that you have internet to make any upgrades or changes to the plan. Without internet, you are allowed to keep the mobile as is in the grandfathered plan. But to make any changes to that service you'd have to add some sort of internet service first.
