Mobile plan
So happy to have switched to xfinity mobile! Just spent around 3 hours switching plans due to my previous mobile plan and their technical issues. The people we dealt with on the xfinity side made it worth it! We spent time with three different people for 3 separate issues that came up and man were they wonderful! Chatting with them alone made this long process worth it. The first women who’s name escapes me was so kind and we spent 3 hours on the phone waiting for my previous carrier to unlock something on their end. We were kindly transferred to Carly who help connect us to the other carrier to get specific info and she was wonderful to work with and finally we had a technical issue that Marvin was so kind and patient and help me trouble shoot and finally fixed the problem! Would recommend switch to xfinity mobile for the costumer service alone
