Mobile phone upgrade

I am considering upgrading my S21 to a S25 and tried to get pricing with and without upgrading my plan to Premium Unlimited.  Unfortunately, the Xfinity website doesn't allow you to get a price with trade-in.  So, I did a live chat which took forever and after verifying my identity three different ways, they still couldn't give me a price quote unless I gave them my Social Security number and birthdate.  I called Xfinity Mobile and was told the same thing.  They kept telling me it is for my protection! I understand them wanting this info when I actually order or change a plan but not when I just want a price to see if I want to upgrade now or wait until the S26 is out.

By the way, with all my identity info, I had to give them all the info about the phone I was trading in when it is fully described in my account.
