Mobile phone line transfer from Verizon
Hi i will transfer my phone line from verizon to you. My phone is paid of but still locked to veriozn, they said it will take 30 days to get unlocked. I would trade my phone in for an upgrade. Would that be an issue?

Thank you for your decision to move your mobile service to Xfinity. The Xfinity Mobile trade in process lets customers trade in an old device and get credit toward a new one. What type of phone were you looking to trade-in? Unlocking a phone lets customers get service with any service provider on a compatible network. I would get the phone unlocked first to avoid your trade-in getting rejected.
