Mobile Now is a [Edit: Inflammatory]

Xfinity claim Mobile Now is a different product and yet promoted in their stores and websites.

When opening the chat in their webpage, all the time their agents end up washing their hands and transferring to their "correct" team, which seems doesn't exist. All of them claim they can support the product.

Im being charged for two lines which are not active/enabled, have no number associated nor a phone also. The phones were returned due their bad pitch sale, I asked to cancel everything, they still shipped the phones and even when returned, Im being charged for them as if they are in use.

One phone was finally refunded, the other not, no one knows why and the worst is the monthly charge Im having for those non-existing lines.

Please be aware, they seems to run a corporate [Edit: Inflammatory] and make impossible to cancel services and even if you manage to do, they keep charging for them.

user_zsvhhc Have you reached out to the Xfinity Assistant on the NOW Mobile site? The agents on that site are dedicated to support the NOW products.

Who trains those agents?

In the stores they say support is only in the NOW Mobile site; in the site they say only a store can help. Eventually they will arrange a callback, which will finally end up redirecting to the same chat where no one knows a thing. The loop goes on forever.

Why edit the word? is clearly a scam. I have two non-existing services that I'm being charged for, and nobody knows how to cancel/remove/refund.

user_zsvhhc I am very sorry, I hope you are able to get assistance online or at the store. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with NOW accounts and has to be done via the chat bot or at the store.
