mobile issue
Edit: [Personal Information], having this issue from last 4-5 months and no one is able to help me. i have spend minimum of 48 -72 hours on call to resolve it, visit store also but no one is able to hwlp. customer care say we have escalated the issue but no one follow up and i end up calling back. I really feel like disconnecting from xfinity and moving back to att services.
