Mobile incorrect bill
Xfinitys mobile customer service is absolutely deplorable. Sept 28, 2025 I ported over phone number [Edited: "Personal Information"] and was told I could upgrade to an iPhone 17 Pro Max for no charge, and the service fee would be 10.00 a month. Also, for being a Platinum customer I was eligible for a free Apple watch. All I had to do was pay for service on it which was 10.00 a month. Well I received the first bill and my bill is 124.94. I understand I am responsible for the activation fee and taxes, but the other charges are completely inaccurate. I jist spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone talking to a rude supv, David and 2 other reps trying to get this corrected to no avail. Also, I sent my old TMobile iPhone 15 to Assurant and they sent it back saying I sent the wrong phone to them WHEN I SENT THE CORRECT PHONE. I am so diagusted with your customer service Im ready to cancel everything with your company. I am being penalized for errors your representatives made when I signed up for the mobile svc on the phone. I would appreciate a call from you to discuss at [Edited: "Personal Information"].
