Mobile Black Friday promo not being honored

Hello,


I purchased 2 new iPhones during the Black Friday deal ($1100 promo per device). I followed all of the requirements of the deal - purchased the new phones, traded-in old phones, and then upgraded our lines to Premium Unlimited. I’m only getting $231 per phone, which is less than if I didn’t even trade in a phone ($400 promo). 

I’ve been in store (most helpful) and tried chatting online and was told I would receive a callback (never happened) all with no luck of a resolution. 

I really would rather not drive back to the store to try and sort this out. Can anyone help get my credits corrected?? This is really driving me crazy!
