Mobile Billing Issue

I upgraded my phone early, sent my old phone back, and it was accepted/the upgrade was approved. However, my next mobile bill, which is scheduled to process next week, has not reflected this, and is charging me $200. I would like to have the erroneous charges removed from my bill before it goes through next week.
