Mobile bill

When I switched over to XY mobile supposed to get a year free of mobile service and somehow it didn't work out that way.So they had to once they fixed it , they changed it over , I had to upgrade that day , and they changed over to expense for free for free year and somehow I still got a bill and there's not supposed to be a bill , the guy said he was going to race all the bill and all that and you never did that
