Missing Tradein phone at USPS

So i got my new phone as tradein and i dropped my old phone at USPS. Now the issue is the package is missing and there is no movement at tracking since the courier's possession. What will I do with this situation? My concern is the tradein value of my old phone and the promo credit. I am stressed out. The package is a prepaid label and I tried everything contacting usps support but still they dont have answer to the mssing package.

I am having the EXACT same issue! It seems that my trade-in phone was never scanned at the post-office. I have been going in circles, too, between USPS and Xfinity. Maybe Xfinity shouldn't be using USPS as their carrier and instead switch to FedEx or a similar carrier. I am now stuck waiting for my $500 phone credit. VERY frustrating!
