Missing trade in credit

I have contacted customer service over 6 times and still no $600 credit for my trade-in. Will I ever get my credit? Won’t acknowledge anything and keep telling me that it will happen on next billing cycle.
Hopefully no one else will experience this situation and go through the agony this has caused me!!

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
