@user_awdjv4 Which new phone did you receive? Some new phones only have eSIM. You might need to contact Xfinity Mobile to port your number from SIM to eSIM.

The iPhone 13 series, iPhone 14 series, iPhone SE (3rd generation), and Samsung Galaxy S24 are eSIM-compatible devices with Xfinity Mobile. If you purchased an iPhone 14 or iPhone 14 Pro model, your iPhone does not have a physical slot for a SIM card (pSIM), and will only activate with an eSIM.
