Missing iPad.

I’m still waiting on the iPad I was promised with my new bundled contract. I already paid the sales tax, but every time I talk to a rep, they tell me it’s on the way and then hang up. It’s been over a week now, and I still don’t have the iPad or even a tracking number. I even spoke with Trevor on the mobile team, who is now no longer responding to my emails or calls. I need this resolved ASAP

Thanks for reaching out, as a customer myself I would not be happy if I was promised an iPad still did not have any tracking information to know when I'll receive my package.
