Migration of old Mobile account into new (issues)

So I had internet and mobile through Xfinity for like 4 years. I had a promo offer with a different internet provider for free due to being a disabled vetran that also included a free line of service. I changed to their internet and took my mobile line over to them as well for the 6 month promo period. When the promo was over and it was time to switch back, I was advised to create a new account, which I did (for internet and my 1 line of service). My other 7 lines stayed with Xfinity mobile the entire time, with me paying the premium for not having bundled services. SInce creating the new account, I have successfully moved the other 7 lines to the new account where they are active and working just fine. My wife wanted to upgrade to the iPhone 18 Pro Max and she is on the Mobile Plus plan. My intention was to upgrade her with the Anytime Upgrade she should be eligible for. When I try to, it is not an option for her line, and says her device has to be 50% paid off to trade in. That is the first problem. The second problem is my new account still has a limit on financing new devices like it was brand new. I specifically asked if tenure would be migrated before merging accounts and was told it would not be an issue. I have reached out several times via chat and call to several customer support people who have claimed that it was fixed and would update within 24 hours, but it has not updated the limits or given me the option for the upgrade. I am looking for help from the department that can actually fix this because it is very frustrating calling every single day.

Not having internet on the account will limit your financing for devices. So even though you did keep your account active, financing will be treated like a new account when there is no internet involved with the account. I will do what I can to help with both issues. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
