How can I speak to a manager over the supervisors and agents at xfinity. My ordered phone was lost by FedEx but xfinity will not reverse the transaction. I have clear documentation from Frdex and police report. Xfinity has told me different info and lies. I just want this resolved.

Unfortunately for me your directions to direct contact you doesn’t work. Once again I was put back to just an agent.
