Lost trade in

Usps lost an s23 i shipped to xfinity on June 18th 2026. I cannot receive credit for my trade in due to the fact it has not been recieved . I have tried contacting usps and filing a lost mail claim to no avail. I have also been on the phone with xfinity representatives multiple times with no resolution. I am asked the same questions each time I am on the phone . I have provided the tracking number from usps which shows the package arivving at a Texas facility on June 30th. As of today it still shows in transit. I understand xfinity is not responsible for lost mail but I feel I have been wronged . I cannot contact the post office about the package directly so it seems I am out my trade in and the phonee I sent in . At this point I do not know what to do about the situation. The representatives have been helpful on the phone but they always come back with the same ...I will escalate this ticket and I will recieve an email or call back for further info. I never do and I end up calling back and getting same result. So this is more of a comment made out of frustration. If there is any chance someone here can offer some advice ill be happy to take it.

Eds3rd Is there a date when you are expecting to hear back from them?

The Post office denied my claim because it was shipped ground with no insurance. Which was the label provided by xfinity.  So I will now be out a phone and the credit I was to receive for the trade in.  While this is not xfinitys fault it is beyond frustrating. I do not know why anyone uses the post office or fed ex for anything anymore. Fed ex is by far the worst and post office a very close second.

Sincerely
