Lost Sim card

I was installing a memory card. The sun cards slot was empty. Not my phone says no sun card detected

Visit a local Xfinity Store for in-person support and immediate assistance getting a new SIM set up.
Order a replacement SIM through your Xfinity account online or in the Xfinity app and have it shipped directly to you.
If your device is compatible, you can also switch to an eSIM right away by going to the “Devices” tab on the Xfinity Mobile website—this allows for quick, digital activation without needing a physical SIM.
