Lost phone service after activating iphone 12 mini (from iphone SE)

Got iphone 12 Mini activated (I think), but no phone service on either that or the old Iphone SE 3rd generation now.
Can't even use phone through Mac Air because of this situation.

No internet now on SE, but do have internet on 12!
