Lost ipad

All started when I called Xfinity to see about lowering my bill.was told about a plan that costs 150.00 a month and it comes with a free iPad.upon receiving the iPad was told that there is no plan it is a glitch in there system.so was told I have to send the iPad back.since I didn't have a printer.i dropped it off at the Xfinity store in Groton ct .the guys name was ben.so about 3 weeks later I called to find out why it was still on my acct.and they found the iPad at the same store I dropped it off at.so then I called Xfinity again and was told it never arrived at the warehouse.so not only did Xfinity send it to me under false conditions,but they lost it twice.i spent many hours on chat and on the phone.it is still on my acct.i refuse to pay for something I don't have.but it was all Xfinity fault to begin with
