Lost access to Xfinity Mobile lines without my consent
I moved from address1 to address 2. In a week my line got closed and I was having Internet and 2 mobile lines on address 1.
I went to Xfinity store they opened new new wifi account for me on address 2 and asked to reach out to mobile support for line transfer. Since then it's 30 days and I tried all my efforts every day but not able to recover my lines.
My mobile lines are transferred to some random person with address 3, and I don't know this person and not able to recover my line.
I'm very poorly treated by all Xfinity support and Bellevue square Mall Xfinity store. No one is ready to help me. No one is ready to accept its Xfinity issue.
They all are trying to sell new lines to me, but I was using my lines for last 2 years, but because of this Xfinity I'm crying now.
I really hate and discouraged poor experience from Xfinity team.
I don't have single email to whoam I can write and explain my problem.
