Looking to transfer my phone number to a new carrier, says account is not verified

I need to cancel my XFinity Mobile service and transfer my phone number to a new carrier. I am trying to get the Security Pin, but XFinity won't allow me because my "It looks like your account is missing a verified contact method". I no longer live near an XFinity store, and it seems to be impossible to get ahold of anyone at XFinity to help. The AI bot is entirely useless.
