login to home app

One of our two iPhones cannot login to the 'HOME APP' - the other iPhone can. The login attempt appears to loop after completion of the 'two-step' login attempt (ID/PW and six digit ID code). We have reloaded the 'HOME APP' and cleared SAFARI browser but the problem is not affected.

I would appreciate some guidance to a fix. THANKS, Gene
