login to home app
One of our two iPhones cannot login to the 'HOME APP' - the other iPhone can. The login attempt appears to loop after completion of the 'two-step' login attempt (ID/PW and six digit ID code). We have reloaded the 'HOME APP' and cleared SAFARI browser but the problem is not affected.

I completely understand where you're coming from with looking to get App access back the device that isn't working properly and appreciate the information for the steps you've already attempted. I'd like to help ensure you're able to utilize the features, and wanted to see if you happened to try the Xfinity App to access the Xfinity Home features, and if you have the same issues as the Xfinity Home App?
