Locked phone

I had an issue through xfinity, but they paid both phones off.One is still locked in can't be used.What method do I need to take to have this phone unlock.

user_2z1ejp we can take the right steps to help with the locked phone since it's paid off. We'll just need to work in a direct message. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support."
