Reported to FCC. Maybe a seeking out legal assistance needs to happen, because  it seems they are intentionally doing this. Acct is paid off, however, still won't unlock phone. I've been a good customer however they haven't been a good servicer. All the more reason why I decided to.

change carriers  I will let whomever  know on any venue not to choose xfinity mobile
