locate the missing phone devices

On the 13th of January I ordered 2 phones and was told it would be delivered 2 days later. It is the 9th of February and they don't know what's going on. I want to know why no one knows anything. What are the steps to take to find out

user_r3t5za Thank you so much for your post for help with your recent order for Xfinity mobile. With any successful order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. If that was not received there may have been an issue with processing your order and it never went through. When that happens a new order is needed. Did you receive a confirmation email and order number after you placed your order on the 13th?
