Lied to me to just make a sale

I was told if I bundled my mobile and Internet together I would get a reduction in my overall bill and get a new phone. So I stayed on the phone for 2 hours going over all of this and what do you know. $25.79 in Taxes and $25.00 in new phone activation fee, nothing changed on my bill but I got to pay $50 extra dollars in taxes and activation. so I called Xfinity and the guy said Nicole just wanted to make a sale, she cant change the prices. So now I'm on hold for another 2 hours to switch back to my old phone and send back the new one. So 4 hours of frustration, $50 out of my pocket, have to repack the phone and drop it off at Fedex. They have a monopoly on the internet in my area so I cant change to an different company to save money. I have nothing good to say about Xfinity, I just called in to see if I could save money and it cost me money and time, oh and on top I bought a case for the new phone so I'm out that money too.
